Hey another question, when it comes to the McGann audios, will you put them all in as a boxset or not do them at all, cus there are a LOT of them? Thanks
Loving it, REALLY amazing!!! Just wondering, what program do you use to edit all of your designs on, and I understand the problem with space on the shelf, but where do you put all of the original amaray cases? do you just chuck them? Thanks
It tends to be Photo Paint or Photoshop, whichever's most available to me!
The original cases are hundreds of miles away - I left them back home when I moved to Wales. I've had them in different cases since then, but they go into storage as I complete each set.
May I say how brilliant your boxests are? I'm truly impressed by your work. For example, I'm not very satisfied with Polish dvd releases of Studio Ghibli collection, which also take space and being inspired by your work, I decided to design my own, private dvd boxset. And I've got a question: do you do it completely DIY, with printing, buying paper etc.? Or do you design it and make someone else print it, for money? I'm very curious about the process of making these, and it's not easy to find a tutorial on the web, except for some boxset templates.
You certainly may! Thanks very much for your kind words.
I do the design, have it all printed up onto large sheets of paper, and then put it all together by hand. I'm too much of a perfectionist to do it any other way!
I keep meaning to put a behind-the-scenes piece up - I will do at some stage!
Thanks
